Cereal Recipes

9 Cups Crispix
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Peanut Butter
¼ Cup Butter
½ tsp Vanilla
1½ Cups Powdered Sugar

Place Crispix in a large bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, melt together Butter, Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter in the microwave on high for about 1 minute. Stir in Vanilla. Pour melted ingredients over Crispix Cereal stirring as you add until well covered. Pour mixture into a large bag (paper or plastic). Add Powdered Sugar and shake until Cereal is coated. Spread mixture out onto wax paper to cool.

3 Cups Cheerios
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Peanut Butter
2 TblSp Brown Sugar

In a saucepan, on medium heat, bring Honey and Brown Sugar to a near boil. Add Peanut Butter and stir until melted smooth. Add Cheerios and stir until completely covered. Pour & press into 9 by 9 inch pan. Refrigerate until cool and cut into squares. Makes about 1 Dozen squares.
