Rice Crispy Coconut Cookies

2 Cups Rice Krispies
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Quick Oats
1 Cup Shredded Coconut

In a large mixing bowl, cream together Butter with both white and brown Sugars. Add Eggs, Baking Soda and Salt. Stir until well combined. Add Flour and Oats and mix until ingredients begin to form a dough. Fold in Shredded Coconut and Rice Krispies. Using spoonfuls, place one inch balls of cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet, about one inch apart. Lightly press each down with the back of a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and Enjoy!

Raisin Bran Cookies

2 Cups Raisin Bran
2 Eggs
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
¾ Cup Butter
¾ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Brown Sugar

In a large bowl, mix Butter and Sugars until it forms a smooth consistent paste. Add Eggs and stir until completely combined. Add Flour and mix until mixture becomes a cookie dough. Spoon out 1 inch balls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets and flatten each lightly with the back of a fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.

Cornflake Honey Cakes

4 Cups Corn Flakes
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tblspn Honey

In a saucepan on low heat or in the microwave on medium heat, melt together Butter, Sugar and Honey stirring until sugar is fully dissovled. Pour mixture over Corn Flakes and mix until completely covered. Scoop mixture into muffin/cake cups. Bake at 150 degrees until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes).
Allow cakes to cool before serving.

Banana Rice Krispies Cake

Banana Rice Krispies Cake

2 Cups Rice Krispies
2 Bananas
3 ½ Cups Quick
  Cooking Oats
2/3 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Flour
2 Egg Whites
½ Cup Shortening
2 Tblspn Honey
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla

In a mixer, beat Shortening with Egg Whites and Vanilla until mixture forms an icing like consistency. While still mixing, one at a time, add Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt, Honey and Baking Soda. On low speed, slowly add Flour. Mixture should be a whipped constitency. Add Oats and Bananas. Remove Bowl from mixer and fold in Rice Krispies Cereal. Pour mixture into a 9 by 9 inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until until wooden toothpick comes out clean after inserting in center. Allow to cool.

Crispix Party Mix

7 Cups Crispix
1 Cup Pretzels
1 Cup Mixed Nuts
3 Tblsp Butter
¼ tsp Garlic Salt
¼ tsp Onion Salt
4 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp Lemon Juice

Place Crispix, Pretzels and Nuts in a 13 by 9 inch baking pan.
Melt Butter in the microwave or on the stove in a sauce pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, Worcestershire and Lemon Juice. Add Butter and mix well. Pour ingredients over Crispix mixture stirring as you add until well covered. Bake at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread onto paper towels to cool.
